I have always had positive experiences with the service department. They always get my vehicle in and out in a timely manner and when I recently developed a misfire on my car, they have helped to diagnose it and even took another look at it without an appointment when it still continued to misfire. They have gotten me a loaner car when my car needed to be in for an extended period of time and ensured timely updates on my vehicle. I would highly recommend this location for service.

Wow. Couldn't be much happier with my experience at Freysinger. I worked with Shawn Bender online and over the phone, I was coming about 4 hours to buy a Veloster N (not a single one for sale in NY state) They had a great online system to get the deal started, got everything we needed squared away and got me temp plates secured to drive the car back. Totally painless, everyone we spoke to was kind and friendly and COVID-safe. Best dealership experience ever and I LOVE the car. Hyundai is killing it!

We actually drove over four hours to come get the car we were looking for. Mike answered all our questions via phone/text and helped us take care of everything possible prior to arriving. We were able to get preapproved with an online application and basically had to complete paperwork when we arrived. The process was very easy and not the dreaded experience I’ve had in the past. Mike said this was a family owned business, and that was apparent. The staff were all very easy to work with and I didn’t feel like I was being ripped off. The finance department wasn’t pushy either, which I appreciated. Buying a SUV can be very stressful especially with how much they cost these days. I didn’t feel stressed with Mike, he was a genuinely nice person and tried to keep things light with comedic relief. It was much appreciated. Thank you!

Took my car in for service for engine noise and the mechanic (Damian) couldn't find anything wrong. Asked if he could rotate tires instead, he seemed liked it was a big deal so I will have my tires rotated somewhere else. If you don't like your JOB don't work there!!!

I had a great experience here. I came in with a rental that was about to expire. I was in an accident that took my last car away from me . When I say Shawn worked with me, I mean it. I came prepared with everything that I would need. I have okay credit and a decent down payment. I’m satisfied with the car I left with. 2013 Hyundai Elantra. She’s smooth and reliable. I will make sure to keep up on her for sure
