I had shoulder surgery and received physical therapy and laser therapy for 8 weeks. The staff was very considerate, patient, friendly and clear and concise with their instructions for the therapy. They followed the CDC protocols. My use of my arm greatly improved. I was very happy with the experience and results. I highly recommend this facility.

I absolutely love Elite Sports and Wellness center. I started out with physical therapy and now I work out with Shelley the trainer. She is awesome ! When I first began three or four months ago there were certain exercises that I was unable to do but with the help of Shelley and my continuous persistence. The motivation I had kept me going every day which gave me the strength to keep going. I suffer with acute arthritis in both knees but she has developed an exceptional modified workout that works great for me and has allowed me too lose weight and inches. Actually this is my second go around with her and I am on my third 12 week session. I just wat to thank Ellite PT and the training program and most of all Shelley, thank you so much for keeping me motivated and coming back. You Rock!\u200d️️ Thank you. DHughley
