By far the best sushi and sashimi I've had since leaving DC. The only place I've visited locally that serves Hamachi kama. Reasonably priced, cool atmosphere, will definitely return again soon.

The sushi was excellent and there were so many fun choices. It's such a great addition to Mechanicsburg. We'll definitively be back.

What is the phone number? Every time I call I get a message that is extremely hard to understand and says something about the lemoyne location? Please update google with a good phone number!

Tried to order from here and it transfered us to Akita in Lemoyne so we ordered.. The fish was BAD on our order! AWEFUL! I called, and the lady at Akita answered insisted its not and hung up on me! I took the sushi back and the chef from kanagawa restaurant was there and made it right and was very kind! Will never eat at Akita in Lemoyne again!

There is a new Japanese restaurant in downtown Mechanicsburg! Kanagawa is the name (Kanagawa is a prefecture bordering Tokyo and includes famous cities such as Yokohama, Kawasaki, Kamakura, and Yokosuka). A very pleasant and English-speaking Chinese Sushi Chef from Beijing runs the restaurant. It was a cold afternoon, and we didn't feel like eating sushi, so we ordered 2x hot green tea, Fried Gyoza, Salmon Teriyaki (small), and fried Chicken Noodles. Fried Gyoza was very good. The server was helpful and pleasant. We must come back here to try their Sushi Rolls, Sushi Bowls, and Burritos Sushi!
