My wife and I have used M&Z three times and they constantly go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction; from Jeff, to the sales team, down to the installers. The prices and lead times are always fair. The first two times we used them was at my previous house, where we had great product and flawless installs. This recent install was at my new home. They delivered the same great carpet flooring. A majority of the install was completed as expected, although we had some miscommunication with a few details. After notifying Jeff about it and explaining what had gone wrong in our eyes, he stood behind the entire deal and had that section of carpet pulled and replaced with the same dye lot to ensure uniformity. The final install was exactly as we originally wanted with a great carpet. I'd recommend them again and again.

Edit 12/8: original review was 5 stars, but the installation left a lot to be desired. The installers had to redo the carpet 3 times to finally get it right. The pattern was either going the wrong way on the steps, or it was noticeably crooked and off-axis. You'd think they'd know how to install it right the first time. Eventually they got it right, but not sure we'd ever come back. Original: Great selection of carpeting and hardwood/vinyl. The rep we dealt with was very friendly and helpful picking out some samples for our house.

They were able to measure and get carpet into my place before all of my other quotes could even get in to measure. The price was fair as well. Very satisfied with the installation as well. I will recommend the guys to anyone that is in need of carpet.

We had our pet proof carpet installed in Nov 2019. Very poor quality of carpet paid a ton for junk carpet. Stains set in and cant be shampooed out.DO NOT buy here. Suggested this place to many people but now im changing my mind. Contacted Steve and he sent me cleaning instructions. No resolution . Calling to get carpet replaced by another company not M&Z. Big dissappointment.

M & Z Carpets and Flooring in Mechanicsburg carpeted two rooms in my home this week, and the process was stellar from start to finish. My experience with Bill was excellent. The job I was asking to have done was both relatively small and very cost-conscious, and Bill was polite and professional from start to finish. Jeff, who contacted me to schedule the job, made that conversation easy, and was able to accommodate my schedule perfectly. I forget the names of the guys who actually installed the carpet ( Sorry guys!!!), but they, too, were cheerful and pleasant, and did a great job for me. I had gone to other flooring stores, and felt like my needs were of no concern to them, but M & Z stepped right up to the plate and hit a home run.
