I needed a piece of glass cut for my desk so I called and got a very reasonable price, so I asked them to cut it. I was surprised when I got a call about an hour later and they said it was ready for pick up. It is perfect! Great service and great work.

I needed a fairly large wall mirror cut. I shopped around finding prices from 385 to nearly 600. I called glassmasters and they did it for 230 and was ready for pickup within 24 hours. Not only was that awesome service but I was running 6 minutes late getting to their store to pick it up and the owner was so nice and polite... all on Good Friday! All I could think of was \this is a great and thoughtful small business owner\!

Used them for framed mirrors and I wasnt impressed with the level of detail. Bought a low profile frame but they installed a layer of plywood on the back of it, so you see the edges of the plywood. How they thought it would look nice is beyond me. Have to stain the plywood myself as I dont want to deal with them. Also, they state they open at 9am, but I found it to be more like 10a.
