Zimmerman’s called a week ahead to confirm. They called the day before to confirm again and offered an earlier time but we preferred the current 4 hour time range. The technicians called to say they were on their way. Met them at the door. They were in uniform, masked, identified themselves verbally and with company ID. There was a supervisor and trainee. They explained the process and went to work. They changed the thermostat for testing and were finished in about 30 to 40 minutes. Everything was in working order. Singed the receipt of work and got the 25 off and other coupons. We have recommended Zimmerman’s for plumbing and HVAC work. They are a great team to work with.
