Copsey’s pumped my septic on 3/29/2019. The next day i noticed the septic lid was cracked. I asked my son who was present what happened. He stated that the tech broke it. With the amount of broken pieces that my lid was in, there is no way i would not have seen it. When i contacted the company the next day about it, , i was told that the lid was already cracked which it wasn’t. Copsey’s said they could bring another lid out to me for 200.00!!! I bought my own lid for 45.00 (thank you very much) the following weekend. Talking about dishonest and price gouging. Very disappointed. Never again.
Excellent service. What a great company. Reliable, great staff, excellent customer service, dependable, and professional. It’s nice to be able to depend on a company that does what it says it will do. I’ll go back to them for all my septic services.
I called Copsey's at 1pm and they got here by 1:30pm! By 2pm the tank was pumped and everything was back to normal. No complaints from me! Talk about fast and willing to help out someone in need. Thanks to Copsey's great staff for helping out my family. Great customer service.
My HEROS! Wow, what amazing service. After being price gouged yesterday by another company to the extent that we couldn't afford their services, Copsey's came and saved the day for a fraction of the cost. I had left a message Sunday and Copsey's called me first thing Monday in the morning and worked me into their busy schedule for a early morning pump out. They were professional, responsive and I can't express how grateful I am. We were in a \crappy\ situation where we couldn't even flush anymore. While pumping out, Copsey's even asked us to flush to make sure everything was A-OK! Septic works wonderfully! Thanks again for your superior service.
