AMAZING EXPERIENCE !! I have purchased through L & M years ago but the service this time stood out! I worked with Kelly. She listened to all of my needs and pointed me in the right direction. She offered to let me take samples home - glad she did. My choices in the store, ended up NOT working at all once I got them home. I explained to Kelly we were on a tight time frame to have this work done. Boy, did they deliver - not only did they squeeze me in but they even beat their own timeline to come out and install. What a smooth process, I placed the order, scheduling called to schedule, installation called to confirm details. That takes me to the installation team - also AMAZING - great guys and had such knowledge of their trade. Love the results - see pics! Thanks again to the entire L & M Team!

Absolutely horrible experience. Hired them to do a small bathroom job after some water damage. Misty did the sales and that was the only positive experience. The installer was unprofessional and made strange comments to my mother-in-law, to which the only response was excuses about how long he has worked there. Our baseboards were up too high so I spoke with him and he agreed to install the floor and leave the shoe molding for me to install. Instead, he decided to \make it work.\ Which resulted in gaps between the shoe molding and baseboards. On one piece, he decided to rip off the baseboard and reset it, pulling paint off the wall and scarring up the door trim. He installed the threshold flooring off center, and he scratched up my custom cabinetry. It took a series of phone calls and emails to finally get financial resolution. But even then, the scheduling guy Matt offered only excuses and didn't address all the damage. The final resolution from the president even included a bunch of excuses. ALSO, they say \we can reset the toilet\ but what they mean is, you'll pay 160 for them to contract out a plumber that may or may not show up that day and they'll put the responsibility on YOU to communicate with the plumber once they've left. If I'd known that, I would've just paid a plumber myself. Not to mention, Matt didn't want to communicate with me and wanted to speak with my husband instead. Big time good ol' boy Mechanicsville vibes. Save your money and your house from the damage and go with someone else.
