Contacted Wayne's Drains for a septic issue, wasn't sure why pump was not operating. Guys showed up on time, were professional, explained what they thought was going on, and fixed the issue. Turns out the pump was air-locked and the float switch was not working. They installed new float switch and got my pump working again. I'm happy they didn't try to sell me a new pump, but instead checked that my existing pump was still working and it was just the float that needed replacement. Office staff scheduled everything and dealt with the Home Warranty company as well, making everything easy on us. Great experience!
