Very pleased with the installation of my new fence.. very professional appearance.. straight lines on the fence line and top to bottom... worked in an on-site gnarly 45 degree modified angles on upright corner posts designed ONLY for 90's .. worked a 5 ft section to an on-site modified 6 foot post WOW! My gate works properly too... Gonna use them again where I hope to discover how they will accomplish fence raking and double swing gates... all in all... Looks great! .. of course I am doing the clean up.. but that is to be expected.. worked w/me on payments toward my job for EZ budget as I did not use their in house financial.. answers my emails promptly.. all the on site guys were workers .. Matt reached out when 2me necessary...

Guys were Great, work was Great very nice people they all like working for Alenco. One thing that that I did not like and would not make me recommend them is I had a estimator come out and give me a price on the fence fine. When I went to pay my bill they charged me more than the contract price. I have been a contractor for 50 years I wish on some jobs I could do that.
Never been more pleased...had some vinyl fencing installed an I was not happy with positioning of some posts. Came back 2 days later tore it down and re-installed. Very pleased and minimal effort on my part. Very ethical and will recommend them to everyone.
For the size of my yard and other things I asked for I thought the price was very reasonable. The fence is beautiful! The guys that came out were very professional and they did an awesome job. Save your time...call Alenco, you won’t be disappointed.
I recommend Alenco at 4 stars for a high quality fence and knowledgeable staff. We installed their cedar fence ourselves and it was top notch quality. The staff can answer your technical questions and will find a fence that works for you. I had a couple negative experiences that made the review less than 5 stars. Our second quote was increased due to COVID prices of cedar. We were shorted a few post caps that I had to pick up. We were charged a 55 restocking fee for returning a single 4”x4”. Our gate needed to be cut to size at the end of install. When we offered to pick up with our truck, we were told it could be delivered “No problem”. We were not given a price so assumed it was included in the original delivery charge, similar to how cuts were billed ahead of time. We for a second delivery after the fact after offering to pick up. Some recommendations for making it a 5 star experience: 1. Talk to Maureen for all scope changes. She is in my opinion the most experienced at explaining what will be done and for what price. 2. If you need to talk to others, press hard on what additional charges may occur. They may not volunteer this info until after the service is complete. Get it in writing, clearly laid out before authorizing any service. For example “2 deliveries on 7/1 and 7/8” instead of “delivery” 3. Budget in for price increases and follow on charges. It’s less frustrating if you put aside extra money and expect it to happen. Follow these consumer recommendations and you will end up with a top knot has quality fence with no stress. We did a lot of research and the quality is really the best in the area.
