We had a great experience with Brilliant Environmental Services. We had some textured ceiling in our upstairs that needed to be encapsulated. It's in great condition but had a few spots that needed TLC. Felicio was amazing when he came to take a look. He assured us that our home was safe as it was and that it just needed some minor touch ups. He didnt try to push unneeded work on us. He was easy to contact, quick to respond, reliable on both visits to our home. We will be contacting him again if we ever need him or if we ever decided to renovate. Highly recommend.

Felicio is amazing! Our home inspection found a small amount of vermiculite in the chimney column that was falling into the living space. It was probably left over from being used in the attic but had already been removed. Without a proper history for the removal of the original vermiculite, to put my wife at ease, I asked Felicio to investigate whether any vermiculite was present in any walls. He was more than happy to do so, six times around the house, finding none, and added extra sealant when I asked for it. Felicio was easy to schedule and the job to remove the vermiculite and seal the chimney column was quick. He was a joy to have in my soon-to-be home and he never gave the feeling that he was in a hurry or that I was asking for too much even though I sometimes thought I had. He made me feel good about ensuring the safety of my family and I never felt pressured to cut any corners. Air quality testing was performed same-day and the results came back very clean the next business day. Overall I had a great experience with Felicio. He made me feel great and the results speak for themselves. Hopefully I never have another home that requires asbestos abatement, but if I do, Felicio is the only person I would call.
