Would not recommend housekeeping. You’re treated lower than anyone else also they said they needed team work but yet everyone is about drama and favoriting .

I have lived at Rogue Valley Manor, in the Skyline Plaza building, for 4 years. RVM is a wonderful facility, with caring staff. Beautiful views! There are lots of activities, with over 90 interest groups. I appreciate the full wood shop, amateur radio room, and large indoor pool. This is a continuing care community, which means if I need assisted living, or nursing care, or Alzheimer care, I stay on campus, close to my wife and friends. An associated non-profit Foundation provides services to both residents and to the community (city and region). Wherever you retire, don't wait until you are eady\ for retirement living... move in as soon as you are eligible. That way you can enjoy all the activities and benefits and make friends.

Thee absolute most racial place I've ever worked in 53 years. The 2 mo.s I was there 96% of staff never said a word to me because I was native american. House keepers do the very minimum in care suites and the health center, they spend alot of time hiding on their phones. When I reported this nothing was done forcing me to exit as I cannot participate in a hiding, non social, racial, time theft ignored operation.

I am the son of a resident. They can't seem to get their phone system to work. I keep complaining but it doesn't get fixed. This has gone on for a few months now. I expect more for 5k a month.
