Xtreme Ninja Martial Arts has been a saving grace during the pandemic. They provided online classes that allowed people to stay active at home. I am a very active person in general so being cooped up at home the whole time has been a saving grace. Ninja Nguyen is an expert in the subject and stays as an active voice for XNMC on social media. He is never far away if you have questions about training, health, or life. The community here is my favorite part! Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. Even as the place fills with new and returning people, everyone gets along well and treats each other with respect. Although the focus is health and fitness, people from all different parts of their fitness journey are welcome here. It is a very encouraging environment and facilitates growth. You could have a rough day and come to this place, but you will leave feeling better than the beginning. Whether it be from the workout, or just being around great people, you will feel better when you walk out!

Great place for families and adults who are looking to get healthy and stay in shape. Plus the instructions are very professional and caring to the children who come in to do karate and kids mauy thai! They have changed my son 's life. My daughter loves going to xtreme ninja!

Having studied martial arts myself, my husband and I wanted to find the right instructor and environment for our two children, then ages 4 and 6, to start training. The moment we walked in; we knew Xtreme Ninja was the place they were going to go. Shihan Ninja Nguyen holds the values of the dojo close to his heart and ensures that his students understand each of those values: Effort, Etiquette, Character, Sincerity and Self-Control. Martial arts is not just a sport; it is a mental and physical discipline. It focuses on balance, strength training, character building, strategy but what draws us in the most, is the community Anna and Ninja have built. Their children and instructors were so welcoming and quickly took our children under their wings. Since 2018, our son and daughter have studied karate and Muay Thai, and my husband and I take the kickboxing classes as well. It has become a family affair and we are so lucky that we are able to work out together. Hands down, Anna, Ninja and all the instructors are amazing and will always be ready to challenge you and your kids!

I joined ILKB and the Xtreme Ninja family two years ago and it has been so positive for my mental and physical health. At Xtreme Ninja you are always surrounded by people who want to take care of themselves and who prioritize wellbeing. The owners Anna and Ninja Nguyen and the staff are the kindest, strongest people who will make sure you feel welcome and comfortable as soon as you walk in the door. It does not matter what level of fitness you’re in they will absolutely help you through your health journey. They will make sure you are staying consistent with your goals and you will get a while community of members supporting you along the way! At Xtreme Ninja you will get a great workout, a great support system, and a lot of fun!!
