Was in desperate need of a hospital bed for a family member who had been in a car accident. Everything was an ordeal EXECPT this company. Russ was able to get the bed and have it delivered the next day. At the last minute we had to change locations for the delivery. Russ didn't skip a beat and we still got it at the scheduled time 45 mins away from the original drop off. Delivery man was fast and friendly. Price was definitely fair. I pray that we do not have to do this again but if so I would use this company.

We were greatly impressed with your knowledge, professionalism and dedication to service. We approached Medi-Source to rent an oxygen concentrator for Carmen. We rented from the company a concentrator and supporting equipment. The concentrator we rented worked very well. We then asked your advice on equipment that we should rent to support Carmen’s automobile trip from Atlanta to Miami. Once again you recommended the oxygen equipment we needed to provide for a safe, health wise, trip to Miami. Moreover, you took the time to throughly explain how to use the equipment in the car and checked the car to insure that everything worked well. We got a BOCA tub installed for my mom. Medi-Source was very helpful, very professional, and very knowledgeable. The price was comparable to other companies and they were quick and clean with their installation. The tub looks great and my mom is really excited about it.
