My wife went to him for surgical procedure and he kept insisting that she look at the photos taken during the procedure even after she told him that she is very sensitive to viewing graphic images. I had to ask him to turn the monitor off as he left it with one of the most graphic photos on the screen while talking post surgery with us. Trust me something isn’t right with this doctor.

I wish I could give Dr. Balin less than one star. To start the office is taking temperature orally which is against COVID-19 precautions- even nail salons take contactless temps. The wait time before seeing the doctor is well over an hour- again in times of a global pandemic is unthinkable. Dr. Balin has zero respect for patients’ time or their medical concerns.

I don't usually give 1 star reviews, but people should know how terrible this office is. I went three times, and I waited 1.5 hours each time, even when there was no one else in the waiting room. I was there for acne on my face and arms, but they had the doc look over my whole body and take weird pictures in different poses. They said this was 'standard procedure's, but I'm 24, not 60. I wasn't there to look for moles, I was there for acne. The doctor also had a handheld recorded and made a note of everything he saw while he was looking over my body, and it all felt very uncomfortable, and I bit violating. The doctor was a very timid man who talked really quietly and had very strange bedside manner. The whole experience was odd, and continuing to go there was a huge waste of my time.

I would give zero stars if I could. To be honest, I never even saw a Dr. here so I can't speak to his competence. I showed up to my 3pm appointment at 2:45pm. I walked out the front door at 4:40 having never been called. There was still someone in the waiting room who had a 2:30pm appointment! That's over 2 hours of just waiting in the outdated waiting room! The people in the waiting room all said that this is normal for this place. I can't believe they go back. I have never had my time more disrespected by anyone. I asked for my paperwork back and walked out the front door. I award them no points.
