I received my COVID vaccine from Medical Center Enterprise this month. I heard horror stories from friends and family who received their vaccines from other facilities. I was pleasantly surprised by the staff I dealt with at Medical Center Enterprise. Mehgan and Peggy were both very professional, efficient, and helpful. I expected a long wait, but the process both nurses had in place reduced the wait time. They were able to answer all questions I had with facts and seemed very knowledgeable. They were friendly and put me at ease, which meant a lot to me since this is a new vaccine and I was a bit nervous. They both made the experience much better than it would have been otherwise. Thank you, to both of you!

Art went to the sleep study lab to be tested for sleep disorder. Instructions on what to due on the day of the test were very clear. The staff, both on first floor and the sleep lab, were very nice and helpful. Tyler and Le explained what would happen for the test. Tyler was professional and patient with me during the test. I would recommend this service to anyone.

I had an issue with paperwork and needed to see the sleep study staff. I stopped by on a Saturday morning and was told at the entrance that they’re not in until the afternoon. I left my document and explained to the lady who greeted me and she told me she would give it to the right person, and that someone will contact me. Later that day Mrs Lee called me and told me exactly what to do, where to go and also made appointments for me. Not only that but she followed up with me throughout my dilemma and made sure everything was fine. It was an absolutely amazing experience, she assured me I will get the things done that I needed in that short period of time I had available due to traveling. Absolutely amazing how she made this happen for me so I can get my things done and not stress about it too much. Thank you mrs Lee

This hospital is not even worth the one star. I went to this hospital's ER yesterday because I had a sore throat and stiff neck with a fever (also because the nurse advice line told me to go to the ER asap). It all started at the registration counter, they somehow got my birthday wrong when I gave them my ID twice and told them multiple times it was the wrong year. Then I was shown to a room that was full of chairs and other medical equipment but that's not what annoyed me the most. I was not given any fluids for my dehydration cause by having a hard time swollen, but I was barely checked on it was like they had forgotten about me. What bothered me the most was that the nurse did not even check my neck which was one of my main complaints. They sent me home with antibiotics which is barely working because I can still barely eat or drink anything and I keep having these fevers. I've been to many hospitals and I have never been treated so poorly or felt like my illness does not matter. So, if you don't feel well, I suggest going to Flowers hospital or an urgent care, you'll most likely be in better hands.
