My husband went to get an X-Ray and EKG done for his job on Wednesday. We had to find a primary care doctor because he needed a follow up. Yesterday I went up there to get the X-Ray and EKG faxed over and the woman at the desk said “alright I’ll let the woman know!” And I left. I called today because they never sent over the X-Ray, and when I spoke to a woman she kept interrupting me with EVERYTHING I was trying to tell her. To her telling me they can’t fax X-Rays and that my husband never had an EKG and that his last appointment was May of 2020! The doctor my husband is at now received the EKG, so he had it done. What are y’all doing up here? Fiddle farting with your fingers?

Took my aunt to her Dr. For her Appointment, the MA or nurse was so nasty and unprofessional. I spoke with Dr. About her behavior and he automatically took her side when we explained what she said. He told us we didn't have to come there if we didn't like it. We took our Aunt and I filed a complaint sheet which was probably thrown away as soon as we left. My Aunt changed her Primary care Dr. from this particular doctor that works in that unprofessional Medical center. Good riddens!!!
