Been going here since i moved to Arizona. On a bus route and is convenient to get to. They can treat diabetic people and do lab work and check vitals. Love my new doctor.

Let me start off by saying that the front desk staff is amazing. They are always very sweet and helpful. This USED to be my all-time favorite doctor's office of any one I had ever been to hands down. Unfortunately my favorite practitioners went to their resident hospitals and now the office has switched management. Last time I was in I had an appointment and I waited two hours in the waiting room with people in and out during Coronavirus. When I finally went back to my room I waited probably another hour before the doctor came in and talked to me. In the past when I needed my prescriptions refilled they would just call my pharmacy for me and refill them because they knew they had already seen me and it was unnecessary to make me come in every other month to renew the same prescription AND this was before sitting in a waiting room could compromise my health. I have asthma and I have been on the same albuterol inhaler for about 10 years and I know it's the one that works for me. They are now telling me that I can't get a refill until I come see them when it's only been a couple of months since the last time I was in and all that I need is my refill. They don't even have availability for another week and I already need my refill. They say I'm SOL basically. The only other solution that was given to me was to come in and just wait and hope to be seen knowing last time, when I actually had an appointment, I waited for 3 hours. I can only imagine what this time would look like. And this is all during a time when sitting in a room with strangers can actually compromise my health, my lung health, and I AM ASTHMATIC. Very sad to feel the need to find a new doctors office.

Ms Regina Jones was my pcp for three months did all my lab work the usual stuff everything came back perfect. My downside is that the front desk people didn't have any records of what medication I was given by the doctor. A doctors job by law has to put all the writing and prescription on file, but when I asked for a refill on one of my meds they said they couldn't find it on there computer system. During that time they had a random patient who tested positive for covid and immediately they had to close the office down for a quarantine clean up for 14 days, but still I wouldn't trust going there at all. I reported the office to the medical board of staff because what they did to me was wrong, the doctor was nice dont get me wrong on that but she left the office and took a better opportunity for a better job. I don't blame her. But when asking the front desk people I told them if they could give Regina jones a message to her to see if they could refill my meds they said ok just give us a hour and call us back, i waited and called back and no reply back yet. And then I asked again can you please reach out to her if I stop taking my meds for a day i mite have a seizure or God for bit die. They said ok will call you back at 5 for sure and let you know what she said. I waited till 5 and no phone call in return I received. They are liars and don't deserve to work there. Honestly that's very rude and unprofessional. Anyone reading this i hope you get the help you need. #GodBless

Let me start by saying the girls in this office are amazing. I wouldn't change my doctor's office for anything. I love the fact that I can call them with a health problem and they will see me immediately. The doctors here are just as amazing as the girls her. If u go to them u will be in very good hands.

No one has been able to get in to see the providers I try calling and all I get is dead air. It rings but that's all it does and we can't hear what they're saying
