Have always had good experiences with MIL's geriatric doctors. Patient portal communication is usually good & quick, however, lately due to the pandemic, responses have been delayed a bit longer. But the doctor she has is very attentive and thorough. Most of the front desk ladies are friendly. The lab person is good, but mostly \just gets the job done.\ Overall, happy with this clinic.

Very nice doctors. But they NEVER pick up calls. (but they call you if they need the paperwork same day, so they are in office) Voicemail always full. No one replies email. Tried to reach out to customer care couple times. No one reply email/phone calls either.
