I called this company hoping to get a supply of my insulin delivery product. I spoke to a very nice lady who later called me back and advised me that my product could be billed by DME or Part B Medicare and was told she verified that I would not have to pay money out of pocket to come pick up my product. A month later I got a statement from them billing me for the full amount of the product that Medicare did not pay for it. After speaking to medicare they informed me it could never be billed to DME as it was a pharmaceutical product. I have called Medical devices many times now, no one will call me back. I got a call from their billing company in Florida, I have never been talked down to so badly, and nothing was resolved nor handled. To this day, no one has called me from the Company and the wrongly billed claim was never rebilled.
