I love my Doctor, Dr. Elliott Franks. He's a very caring doctor and I've been seeing him for 15 years. The woman who took my blood this last time? She needs some lessons on how to be nice to patients. She's not doing the patients any favors; we pay her salary.

I like going to Medical Group of Kansas City. Everyone is so friendly. Social distancing is practiced. I felt confident and secure that the waiting room was clean. I did not have to wait long. Dr. Elliot Franks was open and friendly. He asked me important question the made me feel he was concerned about my health.
