My husband and I had appointments today. We still had a long wait. VERY unorganized, and very cold. I was told they did not take my insurance. Was not told that when I made appointments. Stated yes we take aetna. A lady came into the waiting room to explain why they did not take it, not private. took my husbands. we will never use this lab again (although it is next door to my Doctor). did not want to give any stars. But the system will not let you post it unless you do.

Worse experience ever! Very rude and disorganized. Tech treated me like I knew nothing. I felt very low. And to top it off she blew my vain. Have all kinds of excuses why. To bad I had to give one star! Usually I never review placed but felt this one needed to be.

In and out with barely a wait! These folks are great. Never feel it when they do blood draws!

Have had several appointments here over the years and it has always been a pleasant experience (within the context of getting blood sucked out of you). The staff are always friendly and kind and the wait is not bad. It helps that my doctors office is right next door as well.
