My wife and I were seen by Fifi, and my wife usually has a lot of trouble with them getting the vein. But Fifi nailed it, first time, with no discomfort! She has a lot of experience and excellent skill, and we will be back to see her next time! And her \bedside manner\ was superb!

The instructions for obtaining the specimen were incomplete. When returning the sample to the lab, I had to provide the information that was missing from the initial instructions. There was a lot of confusion about this. On my part I did not return the order instructions when I returned the sample (I didn't know I had been given the order by the Dr) so the Dr had to be contacted.
