I have to say that it wasn't a good experience for me. The first step with Dr. Peter was a breeze; however, there is a second and third step that has left me where I began, in pain. After I met with Dr. Peter in January, I was told to await a phone call to verify. I didn't receive the call within time frame he gave, so he gave me the number to reach out. I left a vm and received a call back in March and was verified and told to await third call to pick up card. I never received that third call. Of course, everything shut down because of Covid, but there were no further instructions of a workaround. Of course, you have to pay to recertify every 6 months, another hefty fee. It is now August and I would have to pay the fee to recertify, but I never got the card or the available options as told. Please make sure you ask lots of questions. Response to Dr's response: I am glad that you are being kind in your response post because you became ot-so-nice\ in our text exchange. I respectfully declined your offer via text and I am declining again. Once confidence is lost in a person or institution, I, personally, choose to spend my dollars elsewhere. Thank you.
