Jessica is so rude! I tried booking an appointment with them and she kept rushing me! She seemed bothered to help and made me feel like I was dumb when I was asking her questions. I'll be going somewhere else for my certification. They are not getting my business. GET A FRIENDLIER RECEPTIONIST!!!

So happy I picked these guys! I had been gathering all my records and I just wasn’t sure what I needed, or where to start. I chatted with them online, and emailed them in the morning. In just a couple hours they had approved my doctor’s notes and I had my appt later that evening. Dr. Lloyd was full day f knowledge and information about different things I can try to help with my symptoms. The office was diligent and punctual about getting all my paperwork filed, the state emailed me 24 hours later that my application was in and should be seeing my card shortly in the mail. Thank you so much for everything! I look forward to my next visit. I will definitely be coming back and not just for my yearly renewal!

Great team to work with! From beginning to end they were fully transparent about everything, what to expect, what costs, what time frame - not once we're the wrong about anything! Email and phone call reminders for appointments as well as updates along the way waiting for my card. Definitely recommend them in assisting you to pursue your medical card - their thoroughness and preparation makes getting your medical card less of a headache and very fast!
