Michele Johnson was very smart, and excellent in presenting the health plan choices best for us, in terms of our needs and concerns. She was able to put her computer screen on ours via the web, and show line- by- line specific differences between the coverage plans. They are complex and different in coverage/cost, thus complex to analyze. Michelle is like a guide who knows the hike. This makes it so much more understandable and easy to see what one’s needs are, and what is covered at what cost, in prescription and hospital coverage, especially. She also was able to confirm established Doctors “in network” too. Your Doctor “in or out?” Very important- very reassuring - to have an expert to assist you in making 1. Your best plan choice 2. At no cost to you. (Michele Johnson and husband team are paid by the plans, regardless of choice.) She is a caring and thorough consultant who confirmed via her expertise, what was our best choice in plans. We are very happy now that we were lucky to learn of her via a good friend. Michele Johnson was very professional, patient, knowledgeable and answered so many of my unanswered questions. It was a pleasurable experience. Michele explained each plan and outlined specific information. Utilizing the online screen share, it allowed me to see all the individual plans and what they offered. I originally filled out an internet request for information about Medicare when I was turning 65. I had several agents contact me but Dave Johnson was the only one that stood out in his approach to my questions. I told him that I was just trying to get a feel for what going totally to Medicare insurance would be for me. He understood, gave me some basic information and left me with his contact information to reach out to him when I was ready. The rest of the contacts seemed insistent on me pursuing a plan at that time and make a commitment. When I did call and set up an appointment with Dave he came to my house and we went over the plans that suited my needs. It did not work out for me to enroll in a plan at that time but this did not diminish Dave's professionalism as he said when I was ready he would be glad to help me. I reached out a year later and Dave was open and helpful as each time we corresponded. I now have the plan that works for my specific needs and I have someone I can depend on to help me with any adjustments I need to settle into a senior life of depending on Medicare.
