I've worked in nursing homes for over 5 years (both in Indiana and Michigan) and I have to say that Brad is by far the best administrator I've worked under. He has an open door policy for staff, residents, and family members, and any and all concerns are resolved timely. The morale of the staff and residents have definitely improved since he's come on board. Couldn't ask for a better leader!

My grandmother is a long-term care resident at Medilodge of Kalamazoo and she loves it there! The staff are amazing to her and treat their residents as family! She always talks about how she loves the food and they feed her well. If there is ever any questions they are happy to answer and keep us updated on changes. She is always saying positive things about Tillana their resident voice advocate. She is always going above and beyond for the residents there! I appreciate how Medilodge of Kalamazoo and the staff there has made my grandmother feel at home and as comfortable as possible. Thank you to all the staff at Medilodge of Kalamazoo!
