We called AAA for a simple dead battery jump and it took over 2 hours for them to get there because they took another caller that called way after us. I would never pay money to this company to rely on them in an emergency. They are hardly responsive and I think it is very unprofessional to service someone who had called way after us. You guys should just stick to travel and forget the emergency roadside assistance because obliviously you are incapable of providing it in a professional, timely manner. I would never in a million years pay money to a company like this to rely on them to help me with roadside assistance. I’d rather find a random person on the side of the road and chance it then rely on a company like this.

We recently went into the Medina location during a snowstorm, and we were greeted with the warmest smiles from the entire staff! Very pleased with the service I got when I visited Medina AAA recently. I have always gotten great service there so even though I live in Wadsworth Medina is usually where I go when I need help. I need trip tiks to take a road trip across country and they did a great job giving me the trip tiks and road maps as well as informational booklets on all the states I will be traveling through.
