Didnt realize my movie had to be back at the store before they closed at 8pm but the lady was super nice about it and was happy to explain the policy and reduce the balance by 50%. Redbox would have just charged my card no questions asked. Highly recommend

Sign on the door says you need a mask to enter but that must only be for customers because of the 2 employees behind the counter only one was wearing a mask. Well #2 had a mask, but it was hanging from her ear, not covering her face. I just mention that to go with my irritation of 2 employees behind the counter about 4 feet from me and nether can ring me out.? Like ya cant see me cause you 2 are busy talking? Or the crowd of 4 people in the store was overwhelming? I have to ask u to ring me out? Wow. Exemplary customer service!
Nice to still have the option to go to a store and look at titles to rent. The prices are good and their selection is pretty extensive. They lean a bit too heavy on the horror genre, but I guess they are playing too their audience. Staff is friendly and helpful.
I’m completely disgusted with how the workers here treat their customers! They said I had till midnight to return a movie, and when I returned it at 11, they still charged me a fee. They said if you return a movie without someone in the store is counts as it being late. This hasn’t happened to me at other Family Video Stores, only the one in Medina, Ohio. Not only did they charge me a fee, they also lied and were extremely argumentative and insulting with me, telling me that I didn’t know what I was originally told when I KNOW I heard them say I had till midnight to return the movie. This is completely unacceptable and I will not be renting from them again. The workers have no manners and are extremely rude. I can’t recommend this place at all.
They were fine but empty. It was Sunday so there you go... Stay away for about a year and you will find something to see...all in all it was nice to the movie selection if you don't rent all the time. I hope they stick around. Not joking...movie rental places are going out and the employees that were working there were very nice.

It's ok! So far we rented 3 movies. Only one worked. We tried it in our blue ray and play station. They are just very scratched. Wish they were looked at before rented out. I feel it was a waste of time. Though I love the large selection and the candy!
Very friendly & clean. They accidentally left a movie I rented in their video cleaner, they immediately called me to tell me & then they gave me a free rental!!
