We recently had our fireplace and surrounding wall completely replaced. The entire process exceeded our expectations and we are very happy with the final product. We were particularly impressed with the construction and stone crews. Their workmanship and attention to detail were top notch. They took their time and made sure everything was constructed and insulated to high standards. During construction they put an emphasis on keeping the rest of the house clean and free from construction damage. All floors and furniture were covered and temporary walls were put up to mitigate any dust. Hearth Manager Tim was also extremely helpful throughout the process. I would not hesitate to recommend The Place to family and friends looking for fireplace work.

Enjoyed our purchase experience with The Place. Despite being in the middle of a pandemic, Rex made certain to follow up with us. Although it took a little longer than we wanted, the staff was all great. The delivery people made sure our questions were answered and we enjoyed the class on keeping our hot tub working for years to come. Thank you!
Fantastic experience, fabulous employees and very happy with our hot tub. Significant delays due to COVID but they kept me posted with the progress. Also great support from the store/shop! Rex, Heather and Tori were great on the store, and Nate & Cliff made install a breeze. Thank you!
