We had a project to demolish a tiny little old house next to ours, which was our property, so that we could use the entire area as a side yard. Given that we're in Minneapolis there are extra challenges to getting a permit from the City, let's just say. We had a tough time finding a contractor that was willing to work with us through those challenges, but Travis came through for us in a major way. He was wonderful to work with throughout, and his communication skills are excellent. We knew what he was going to do, what it was going to cost, etc. He and his team went above and beyond, highly recommend you contact him for your next project!
I hired Trinity for a concrete job. As far as contractors go, Trinity was really responsive to communication, and they kept me in the loop about days when the team would be on site. When Travis came to the site to draw up an estimate, he talked me through the options, things to consider, and some of the process that his team would carry out. As a homeowner who’s worked with a handful of contractors, this sort of simple customer service approach is very welcome, and unfortunately seems rarer than one would hope. The timeline included a bit of a wait due to a busy season. Travis even worked with me to arrange an extra load of topsoil to be delivered. The estimate fell in the middle range of quotes I received, and the consistent communication and attention to detail made me satisfied with the work and the experience. I recommend working with Travis and the Trinity team.
