They installed our security and home audio systems but now we need repairs to both and they are unresponsive. I’ve called four times and spoke to the admin who tells me someone will call me. No call. The last time I called, the admin said Dan would call me by end of day or next day and she would followup with me. No call from either person. They are great on new installs because they want you money but if you need service you won’t get it from these people. Horrible service! Our advise, go else where with your business!
