Had an emergency situation with my son’s power chair. Meditech had a solution in stock, purchase was super easy. Later that weekend, on Sunday, another issue came up. The owner came to the place I was staying to check out the issue, solved the problem and made sure my son’s chair was good to go. We visit Moses Lake often. It’s good to know that Meditech Mobility is there for whatever issue we may have. Meditech is truly an example of excellent customer service.

The One star review is most likely fake but possibly just thinking of the wrong shop. MediTech in Moses Lake is one of the few places I’ve done business with that deserves 5 stars! Greg went above and beyond to cater to my special circumstances and get me driving again quickly in the safest, most efficient and professional way! I probably shouldn’t mention this, but the job was not simple plug and play, so extra costs were incurred and the shop flipped the bill for the extra costs! Very satisfied with my experience I wish other businesses operated the same way!
