What a shame that I cannot give them negative stars. I purchased a home where the prior owner had a contract with AmeriGas. I didn't move in for some time and called them when I was ready. I found their pricing outrageous and stated I would get other quotes and call them back. AmeriGas decided I had enough time having merely less than 3 weeks during December holidays and sent someone out to harass me to allow them on my property to remove their tank. Their tech spent no less than 5 minutes pounding on my doors, looking in my windows and calling my cell phone non-stop. I was on a work call and had to stop to answer the door and stop the madness. And yet not even an apology. This is a less than reputable company and buyer beware with their harassment techniques and unprofessional behavior.

The best customer service ever!!!! costumer service is top notch! professional, helpful and they make you feel your business matters to them. I sometimes feel that customer service rarely exists nowadays, so its really great when you need to deal with a company they make customer service an integral part of their business, I feel AmeriGas does that. I had some questions about my account , and called in the response was more than expected ,when I hung it was\ double take\... What?! Did I just get great customer service?! Wait?! is this a dream?! My name is Rox and our work keeps me extremely busy , hence for me to take time out of my crazy work day means I truly feel AmeriGas deserves that moment. Thank You for your EXCELLENT SERVICE!
Our tank needed to be replaced and our bill was much higher than usual. When I was about to call to request an adjustment to my surprise it was proactively adjusted without the need for me to call. Definitely something very rare now days.
I called to see about getting service and the representative told me they don’t want to do service with me because I was using too little service. I asked if someone could come out and give us a estimate on how much it would be for gas and installation. The agents name was Jenny or Daniele I just think that was very unprofessional I don’t think this is the type of service they should be displaying.
My experience with Siegel Gas has always been professional and the folks there are always very helpful. I recently moved to a new home and the tech that visited my home for installation was extremely professional. He had extensive knowledge and did a great job installing the line and making it safe.
