prices are affordable; but the attention is of poor quality; they are not open to negotiate with the client, the attitude of the seller is lousy; they do not tell you that it is a final sale, until you have already made the purchase; that's very bad for business; I have a business too; But when I look at this kind of attitude from other sellers, it makes me better with my customers; if they ask me if I would buy from that business again. I would definitely say never again; I do not recommend to anybody
Horrible customer service ordered parts and was told I would receive them in 5-7 business days. they shipped the product out 1 week after I placed the order, I was forced to buy elsewhere, then when i tried to cancel he wouldn't return my calls after e-mail contact he refused the cancellation and refused return of the product and he wont accept it even though his web site says they have a return policy on wheel kits for my kids Razor. No customer service at all after you place an order with them. Good luck to anyone doing business with MY GPPRO
I have been bying from this company since it open, for ATV and Golf Cart accessories and parts. The owner was very pleasant, professional and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this shop.
