Fantastic service, a thoroughly enjoyable experience dealing with Medox. . Everyone I set with at Medox was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. After three days of trying to deal with an awful company that knowinly left me without crutches or a wheelchair, it was so wonderful to speak to someone who knows what they're doing. Matt helped me work out what sort of chair would be best for me, quoted extremely reasonable prices, and then went out of his way to get the chair to me quickly. And quick it was, a delightful gentleman was in my driveway less than two hours later. He showed me how the chair worked, and made sure the size worked for me. The chair is obviously in great shape, moves smoothly and easily, and is absolutely pristinely clean. An absolute pleasure dealing with Medox and everyone there.
