My experience with Medved Chevrolet has been very positive. I have taken my 2018 Chevy Bolt in for repairs twice and they have both been good experiences. The technicians are knowledgeable and provide excellent customer service each time. I did not buy my Bolt from Medved and I am very sorry that I did not. I would have gotten a much better deal and the customer service would have been much better. I purchased my Bolt at another dealer as I wanted a blue car and Medved only had a red one in stock at the time. I wish I had gone with the red one.

Thomas went above and beyond to help us out with our Colorado ZR2. The particular vehicle I was interested in was still in shipping on first contact, so Thomas kept me in the loop on exactly when it will arrive and when we can see it. After our test ride, we wanted to compare with a z71 test ride. Thomas did everything he could to find a new one, a used one, even an LT to try, always running at top speed! Even though there wasn't one on the lot, he helped guide us to a great deal on the ZR2 that is fair for both parties. If I have any friends in need of a new Chevy, I will give them Thomas' name to find exactly what they need. Also, apart from his help, his demeanor is exceptional. I'm also in sales and know the fine line one must walk between closing a deal and being an advocate for a customer; Thomas has a great personality to make us feel at ease and cared for.
