Went in for wood trim. They had been out of stock. I was asked if I needed help right away. He even went outside to get the additional piece saving me from having to drive back to get it. Friendly and helpful.

We drove almost an hour to take advantage of their sales ad. They advertised Earthgro Organic Humus & Manure for 1.99 for a 40 lb bag. They loaded it & my husband noticed these were 20 lb bags. The young man helping said they had been selling 49 lb bags so he went in to ask how we could get the advertised amount/price. The manager wouldn't even come out to the yard. He sent the young man back with his response: \Take the 20 lb bags or cancel your order They aren't responsible for ad errors!\ If it was an error how had they been selling 40 lb bags for 1.99? Not what we expected at all. So my review is VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE; DISHONEST about the ad being an \error\ & TOTALLY RUDE about responding to a genuine customer inquiry. We will not waste time or spend hard earned money there again.
