If there was a way to put zero stars I would have chose that. I do not think the builder inspects anything after subs leave. I was promised to have trees removed and my obviously clogged gutters cleaned out and that did not happen. When I moved in my gutters separated from the house at least 2 inches and removed the white paint from bricks turning them red. When it snowed ALL my gutters in the back came crashing down, breaking personal items, plants, and my lights. My garage door leaks, my seams in the crown molding are gapping everywhere. Now I have water damage in my home at the base of my frames and they are separating. To fix the leak in my garage door, someone came out and literally put a trash bag and cardboard in the gasket and said the concrete was slanted wrong but he could not tell the builder, in fear of loosing the contract. The construction of this home and attention to detail is almost nonexistent. I do not know exactly what my options are, but patience has not prevailed.I spent over 450,000 for 22,000 square feet for nothing but headaches. I thought purchasing a new home would have been exciting and fun, but has turned into heartache!

My mom lives here and it has been nothing but a headache and nightmare since she closed on her house and moved in. Her home was built EXTREMELY horrible! The lack of detail and attention from the builder is disgusting. None of the tops of the doors were painted, the window sills are all scratched up, all the crown molding is coming apart at the seams (and the warranty man from Pulte says its due to having the heater on!). What a joke, this townhouse has only been built for a month now. The gutters in the back of her home have fallen off the home breaking a light, table and much more. The gutters have fallen off!!!! I mean come on! The water has come in and stained the door frame and it is separating from the wall. She even called Pulte three weeks before it came crashing down to warn them that the gutter was separating from the house and they completely ignored her. Pulte is nothing but a bunch of smiling faces pretending to care just to get you off their backs. They have not done anything to fix the many things wrong with my mothers house. This has been nothing but a nightmare for my mom and our family. BE ADVISED---DO NOT BUY A HOME IN MEETING PARK!!! Unless you want nothing but heartache and headache.
