I had a worst experiance from megabus travels. had a reservation from Atlanta to Memphis on 01/31/2020. I had reached the busstop on time and bus was about to depacture in 5 min, driver didn't allowd me to get into to the bus saying i was late. he was very rude at behaviour and didn't suows any professional behaviour. I requested a lot to him to open the door but no luck. the only answer that i hear from is \You're Late\. I very much dissappointed and came back to home and cancelled all my travel plans because of him. Due to this I had to forcefully cancel all of my consequent travel plans. I am writing this review to get some response from officials. Im really thinking now to avoid travel with megabus in future seeing very bad experience with it. I sincerely hope to hear from you soon. Not sure why they have you to pay for seats. when just any seems to sit in paid seats and drives don't let everyone that even if the person isnt there it's still a paid seat. I pay and have to argue wit the next person that I paid for the seat and they look at you like I was here first. I'm confused why sell seats if anyone can use them
This driver from Jaxsonville to Atlanta on the 1:50-8:00 bus ride has no customer service etiquette. Today the bus made a stop, I got off like everyone else to use the restroom and grab a bite. I checked to see if it was time but it wasn’t so i ordered something to eat. When the bust driver was ready. He packed up and left. I had to find a way to Atlanta. He made no announcement that the bus was ready to leave, nor did he care enough to see if everyone had boarded. When I came to the bus, I realized it was another bus heading to Jaxsonvlle. At least he had the decency to make an announcement that in three minutes they were leaving, he even took the time to come to the restaurant area to see if there was anyone on the line that was on his bus and he waited for them to pickup there order which was behind. This other guy did none of this. I want megabus to refund my money, the service cannot get more than one star and if I could have left zero stars for this inconsiderate none caring drive and poor service I would. People be very aware when you ride this bus.
This one we took the Megabus to Dallas Texas on the road trip to go pick up a car Megabus was a good way to take wasn't that bad we had the whole back seat till I so I think I'll still rather drive or fly but Megabus is a good way of fordable way to take a trip somewhere I would recommend it to anybody
Driver took a detour with the bus to run a personal errand (20 minutes). Also, WiFi does not work on vehicles that leave this terminal (per the Megabus staff)...
Station is ok ,but Megabus is awful for the sole fact that reserving a seat is a joke. Their website will claim a bus is full but half those seats are actually filled. Also even if you get a seat someone will be in it. Too annoying to deal with.
