AMAZING experience!! Melanie fostered such a positive environment for healthy growth and change during and after our session. She made me feel in control of my health and showed me that I can trust my body to lead the way to a healthier lifestyle. We blasted away problem areas with creative solutions that are quick and easy, which fits my busy lifestyle. Post session Melanie even followed up to make sure I was staying on track and offer future assistance if I was struggling to maintain the changes. Overall awesome experience- would recommend and will be returning in the future.
