Jamie is a great instructor and very patient. I took a 5 hour course on manual driving and feel very comfortable driving now. He is a great teacher and always teaches the fundamentals first. He even taught me some things that I didn't know about driving while on my lesson. Even with regular driving lessons I would advise anybody to take him.

I’m from Hong Kong and just moved to the States less than 4 months ago. I have never needed to drive and I had absolutely zero knowledge about driving. I didn’t even know how to turn on a vehicle. In order to survive here in Melbourne, I knew that having a driving license is essential, so I decide to take my lessons at a driving school. AFSI provided an all-in-one service, from lessons to road test, so that I didn’t have to schedule my road test at the DMV, which is very convenient. My instructor Jamie Wright, while stern, was an excellent instructor teaching me all the driving skills not only necessary to obtain my license, but also provided useful tips that I can apply in my everyday driving. He provided constant feedback so that I knew exactly what I was doing wrong. He helped me to overcome fear that I had with driving. The feedback he provided before my road test was very insightful and it helped me to pass my road test the first time! Having a strong driving foundation is very important, Jamie did a great job helping me established that foundation. For anyone like myself where English is a second language, Jamie’s English is easy to understand. I highly recommend Jamie Wright! Don’t let the unresponsive and poor administration give you hesitation about using this service. Once in the car, the service Jamie provided was impeccable!

I had Mr. Wright in Melbourne, he gave me my driving test. He was hard, but fair, and I learned so much from him. I have a lot more to learn ,mind, but I would not be even remotely as comfortable with driving as I am now after receiving his guidance on my first test with him and his advice when I completed the test. Thank you to Jamie Wright, the best driving instructor in this area. Jamie was very knowledgeable, patient, took his time to explain things, and helped not only my son but myself. He kept in constant communication with us. I was scared to take my 21 year old son out driving. He is on the Autism Spectrum and it made me nervous with Anxiety. Jamie picked him up and from day one I was finally able to let him drive without getting nervous. Jamie did a great job with him. He just finally got his license. Thank you Jamie!
