After several attempts to get my service moved due to the company not having enough technicians as many of them quit recently, I finally had my filters moved from my apartment to my new home. I was NOT told that I will be presented with a re-installation fee of 199.00 as a surprise. So I called the Melbourne office and spoke directly with the manager as I wanted to discuss it. The MANAGER was very rude, started yelling at me as I am simply trying to figure out why. After being yelled at as a customer I was finally able to get a word in and she insisted that I pay 199 regardless. Mind you that I missed out on 1 week of water service since there's not enough technicians to come out and not even apology for that. So I told her that I'm cancelling the service and to take the filtration system, but than she said well what's a good for you. I felt bad for the technician that did the work and in the end I agreed paying 105 so he could get paid. I would stay away from this company, the technicians are great people after my 2 year experience. However a customer doesn't deserve this type of treatment and attitude from MANAGEMENT. And apparently this is not the first time the manager had problems with people like this.

He calls us the day before to tell us he will deliver our water. Culligan is such a professional company and I recommend that everyone use them for their water services.
