DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Time sensitivity is not a factor here, prepare to have trucking delays. As a small business owner in perishable commodities you cannot expect this company to have the service done in a reasonable time frame, Service department constantly screws things up with emissions systems, does not respond to manufacturer inquiries about health of the vehicle, and blames many problems incorrectly on bad fuel. The only saving grace and reason for 2 stars instead of 0 of this service department is the manager who offered to stay late and fix his colleagues lack of attention to detail. Ask for mitch, micah is useless.
This place is crappy. I am going to a different dealership. Your advertised prices are half what they actually are and I was very dissatisfied by the serviced i received from one of their salesman. He is a gentleman in his 40s and didn't offer a sale option or anything asides from the posted information. I guess because i am young he thought i wasn't serious about buying my first car. I am in school for business and find his attitude toward my purchase was very lazy and unprofessional. I called you on the phone to pay you for a car and I'm sorry if i am occupying your precious time maybe you need a career change because you did not secure consumer confidence in me.
