My daughter got a new screen put on her phone. The very next day it started glitching, typing numbers on it's own, locking her out of her phone numerous times, and scrolling all on it's own. We brought it back to see about getting a fix to it, but the man said it was caused from overheating which was impossible because the phone was never left outdoors or in a place with no air conditioning. Then he said oh she dropped it so that's why it's not working. He blamed everything on my daughter. When the screen was broken, it worked fine. He refused to fix the problem he caused. I definitely would make sure your phone works right before you leave this store. If it has issues, he won't fix it. Huge disappointment and waste of money.

Listen to the warnings- FAKE / HORRIBLE SCREEN REPAIR. This is like putting duck tape on your car. Waste of money. I wish we saw and listened to the other reviews. You'll not receive a legit screen replacement. Lasted less than one month. And of course you won't get a refund. Just pay the little extra and get it replaced by someone trusted-a real screen repair shop with genuine parts.

Samsung galaxy s9 screen repair At first he replaced my blue phone with a black frame, said they were out of blue frames. Then after a couple days of arguing he agreed to replace the black frame with a blue frame. The new frame doesn't even meet the base of the phone securely. I now have to constantly clean lint and dust out of the gap. He finished by saying if I put a case on the phone it will be just fine. Lol ...wow! I suggest paying the extra few dollars and take it elsewhere. My Samsung galaxy s9 is worthless now.

I came in five days ago to have my screen repaired, my boyfriend just noticed a scratch on my screen (I didn’t notice because my eyes aren’t the greatest and it was a light scratch.) Anyway, I brought it back to the store and they refused to replace my screen and accused me of scratching when the guy at the counter wasn’t even here the day I came in. Go to the iFix in Viera instead, you will get better service and they have warranties on their screens that even cover scratches. Don’t waste your time here, the manager Francisco didn’t even seem to care that I just spent 180 on a new screen and didn’t care to replace it for me after finding out I have an iPhone XS. If it were a cheaper phone and screen I’m sure he would have. Unprofessional.

Gee-koh (Not sure how to spell his name) exceeded my expectations of customer service. Sidenote – Customer service is the main part of my job. He even escorted me over to the bank when he was done fixing my phone. Very fast and Best price I could find.… And I know a lot of people

WARNING... Don't take your phone here and don't even bother having your questions answered via email. They told me I can drop off my phone on Tuesday and when I arrived on Tuesday he tells me he can't do it because he needs to submit a request first. Why didn't he mention this in the email? Not only did he not mention it but he ignored my last email to him entirely. I don't have time to waste with this poorly run operation. Get someone that understands English to run your email requests.

Had homeboy replace my A50 screen. The cheep Chinese LCD he put on gave out within a week. The adhesive was also loose. I came back with my concerns and he offered a small discount to doing the repair again. 0/10 Would not recommend.

The guy there doesn't know what he's even doing he broke the phone they collected my insurance recovery money and the phone was still not working come to find out the problem with the phone was when he was trying to open the phone he broke the antenna Jack so the phone was not able to get on the network so bottom line I would not take my phone there if possible. even after discovering that the phone was not able to get on the networkand he still was not able to determine what the problem with the phone was I have to take the phone somewhere else and they discover that the antenna connector was broken.
