Not a pushy guy having been in sales i hate pushy, its just annoying...took about a month for me to make a final decision, but finally got what i was looming for at a great price. Ill be back again. TR the owner also super kind, alsi not pushy even though I had ti beat them a bit hard on pricing. Service outstanding they come to my house pick up the car for service. Went here for a car inspection for a Lexus I purchased off of Carvana. If you have a Lexus, get it taken care of by Lexus experts here. Really kind staff and employees. They were very honest on what was minor or major in their findings. They give your car a nice car wash on your way out. Duane was great and all the employees working in services!

Had my coolant drained, system flushed and refilled. In addition I had my tires rotated.Asked for my brake pads to be inspected and was notified I needed rear pads. No surprise at 100k in mileage. I later was sent a text that my car was ready and upon arriving I was told my car was in the line to be washed, just saying I wish I would have been sent the text of ready when all service were complete.Had to wait 10-15 minutes therefore....the 4 star rating. I will use your dealership in the future for service on both of our Lexus’s I am new to the area and was pleased to find a Lexus dealer so close :)
