They were extremely efficient for a doctors office. They took a sample before I was even called back to a room so that once I was called back the doctor had all the results. Down side was that I filled out all this paperwork about my medical history and the doctor didn’t even read it. I’m a type 1 diabetic so any infections I need a stronger and longer antibiotic, the doctor didn’t even know I was a type 1 diabetic when he came into the room. Why do we have to fill out all that paperwork if no one actually reads it? Other then that it was a great experience. All the employees were very nice and efficient. I will use this location again!

Staff was greatly friendly. Kind and courteous. Felt nervous when in but they immediately put me at ease. Visit was less than 20 minutes. I hate clinics and hospitals but this place made me feel that I can change my mind.

The staff was great and check in process easy and smooth. However I felt disappointed when I left without a clue as to what was wrong. I spent money to be referred to another doctor. I feel had the inquiry and exam been more thorough my sinus infection and new allergy would have been treated sooner. Maybe I wasn't really good at describing symptoms either and that contributed to scenario as well. But an honest opinion is the best way to help your group improve as well as remind patients to be as specific and clear as possible when describing symptoms. This in no way stops me from using MedFast again. The staff was competent and 1 perplexing visit is going to happen occasionally.

Wait times are fairly short, prices more than fair(I have no health insurance) and the service is great! Nurses and doctors are very knowledgeable. Would recommend this place to anyone

Went there for pain in one foot. Staff were all super nice. Had X-rays taken, nothing broken thank goodness. Received a follow up call from the MD there the next afternoon, turns out I have osteoarthritis in my feet. So very thankful the MD called and gave his official report. Not many MD’s follow up with a phone call and will reach out to my pcp. I would highly recommend this office!

Came in with my 11 yr old to get COVID tested for first time after visiting Chicago. We had no symptoms but wanted to make sure we didn’t have it. Paperwork wasn’t too bad and you can do it ahead of time online. We were seen very quickly and the staff was very nice. Got quick rapid test results quickly. I also took the more accurate test. I got those results in 5 business days. Very satisfied!

This was my first visit, during a pandemic no less! At 9:15 AM there were already approximately 15 patients ahead of me. The front desk staff were pleasant and polite as informing me of forms I needed to fill out, how long the wait may be and my options for waiting. Upon being called back the EMT who took my vitals, spoke with me about my visit and addressed testing was extremely knowledgeable, professional and polite. The clinician was also pleasant, professional and polite and addressed all of my concerns. Having retired from the healthcare industry I want to applaud these exceptional people for maintaining an environment of calm professionalism. My sincerest gratitude and respect. Thank for performing as our neighborhood heroes.
