There is a level of empathy one should have in dealing with the public. Most people coming in there are sick or visiting someone sick. You have a particular security guard in there who needs to work on empathy and attitude. The way he spoke to an elderly gentleman ahead of me this morning was pretty pathetic. The guy had a hearing issue and could hardly spell the name he was being asked. This security guard exhibited no patients for it. There was an incident on last night after hours wherein he gave a relative a hard time. Obviously if it's after hours there was an emergency. Another security guard had to intervene. I did not catch this particular security guards name but he is a black man, bald with an island accent. Im sure this isn't his first complaint.
