Melby's is professional while being personable. I've never had an issue with them. If insurance adjusted something, they are quick to explain the differences with ease. Melby, himself, always shows an interest in his patients - not only to help in his care for them but just to see how you are doing. During Covid, this establishment, followed all recommendations - during all phases. If you wanted to wait in your car for your turn - they would call you when he was ready for you! Melby supported me through my weight loss issues (with insurance - don't get me started), my husband's crushed vertebrae in his neck, heck I even saw him the day after a surgery because I was stiff and he explained how he was treating me differently (couldn't lay down due to surgery site) and I was thankful that he was willing to stop and explain how he was going to help me and what I could do at home to help myself. I never hesitate to call for any issue and if for whatever reason he can't see me - they help me get the help I need, even if it's a referral. I know it's a referral I can trust.

My case is extremely complex. In fact one that has baffled clinical doctors to the point of “throwing” medications at me because “we have to believe they are helping.” There is no proof medications are helping but rather causing more challenges through side effects. Dr. Melby is addressing my core issues without medication. It’s early in treatment. I can already feel a positive change. Looking forward to my future!

I have been having sciatic pain for 6 years (on and off). I have been doing CrossFit for 6 years, and have had 2 chiropractors look at my back with no improvement. After meeting Dr. Melby (at CrossFit) and getting x-rays and getting adjusted, I can already say I feel a huge improvement in pain! No other chiropractors took the time to do x-rays on me before. Dr. Melby is an exceptional person as well as chiropractor, and I’m so grateful to know him!
