Took my elderly mother in to look at a lift chair. Store is one level of furniture. There were several different types of lift chairs available. The saleswoman was very patient with Mom, answering all questions and allowed her time to sit in several. We were able to put a chair on a 90 day layaway. Mom is very pleased with her purchase and will return to Vance's. She is already eyeing a wooden rocker.
